Terms of Service

RizLearn provides school management software on a subscription basis at ₹1,000 per school per month (or ₹9,600 per school per year, a 20% saving). Features may be added or improved over time without price changes.

Schools are responsible for managing user accounts (owners, principals, teachers, students, parents) and for the accuracy of data entered into the system.

Subscriptions are invoiced in advance. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; yearly plans are non-refundable after 14 days of activation.

• Do not use RizLearn for unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Schools moderate chats and announcements — do not share personal data of minors publicly.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Email support is available Monday to Saturday. Critical incidents are responded to within 4 working hours.

RizLearn's liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination, schools can export their data within 60 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
